What is the dress code for the Conference?
Business casual attire is acceptable for the Conference. The average temperature in Chicago during the time of the Conference is 66º, with an average high of 76º and low of 57º. Meeting rooms will be air-conditioned and are notoriously chilly. Dress in layers to ensure comfort.
Will sessions be recorded and available for purchase?
Yes. You can order sessions on CD or in mp3 format on-site. An order form will also be available on this website after the Conference.

Can I volunteer for service during the Eucharistic liturgies?

How can I register for the conference?
Click here to register online. If you prefer to pay by check, you can still register online. Once you've completed the registration, you will be able to print an invoice to include when you mail your check.

Are there any discounts available for registration?
Yes! The earlier you register for the conference, the more you save on registration. NCDC Members receive additional discounts and are also eligible for volume discounts. (Members: remember to sign into the website so you receive your discounts.)
Can I purchase a one-day pass to the conference?

Can I purchase a pass just for the exhibit hall?
No. If you are a prospective exhibitor and would like to tour the hall, please call the NCDC Office at 888-TRY-NCDC (879-6232).
Can my spouse/child attend the Conference?
Conference sessions are only open to paid attendees. Eucharistic celebrations are open to the public and spouses and children are more than welcome to attend. Additional tickets for luncheons, the Welcome Reception and the Capitol Steps Show are available for purchase. Please call the NCDC Office at 888-TRY-NCDC (879-6232) for more information.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRAVEL
How do I make my hotel reservations?

Are there many options for dining around the hotel?
Yes! Aside from the restaurants within the hotel, Chicago is full of eateries, ranging from fast food to fine dining. The hotel concierge will be happy to assist you in finding a dining experience to meet your needs.
What are the options for ground transportation?
